At Swyft Learning, we know that the strength of our educational services is contingent on the qualifications of our instructors and editors. That is why we focus our resources where they matter: on recruiting, training and compensating one of the highest-paid and most-qualified teaching and editing staffs in the country.
Please note that we maintain rigorous selection criteria:

To teach a Swyft course, you must either have a graduate degree or be an advanced graduate student and you must have extensive teaching experience. In addition, you must have scores in the 95th percentile on any exam you teach.

To tutor for Swyft, you must be a seasoned tutor/teacher with plenty of tutoring/teaching experience and educational degrees or work experience which reflect your expertise in specific subjects.

To edit for Swyft, you must have extensive editing and proofreading experience. You may have gathered this experience from work in the publishing industry, freelance editing, or by teaching composition, rhetoric, methodology or writing courses. Publication history a plus.
